I currently do:
-150 pushups (total)
-10 sets of 10 dips between chairs
-5 sets of 5 pull-ups
-3 sets of 10 handstand pushups
and plyometric exercises in the form of:
-2 sets of 10 lunge cycle jumps
-2 sets of 10 ...
