    Why don’t you save yourself the trouble and just do 20-30 minute full body workouts 3 times per week? If you eat right doing this kind of work out you can obtain a slim, sleek, toned physique. Here, I’ll give you a full body work-out right here, Find a gym, or find some weights, and lookup how to do the following excercises. Only do one set of each excercise with a weight you can only lift 8-12 times.

    1. Bench Press
    2. Chest Fly
    3. Bicep Curl
    4. Tricep Kickback
    5. Shoulder press
    6. Lateral Shoulder Raise
    7. Leg – Squat
    8. Leg – Lunge
    9. Bent over Row
    10. Weighted Abdominal Crunch
    11. Weighted Oblique Crunch
    12. Back Extensions

    Rest 30-60 seconds between each excercise.

    The above work out only requires that you have some dumbells. As you get stronger you can use more weight or add up to two more sets.

    If you want to get your heart rate up then two choices I suggest.
    1. Jumping jacks, jump rope, or run in place between each excercise for 30 seconds.
    2. No rest between excercises or sets(circuit training)

    The above is a total body work out including the core. You can look up different excercises to do to add variety. Don’t forget to change workouts on a regular basis to prevent hitting plateaus.

    Do not buy the hype of wording like “Body Sculpting”. It is just excercise, weight/resistance training, strength training, and above all else good nutrition. The higher % body fat you are the less you may see of the nice shape of lean muscle.
