bodyweight exercises?

i lift some, usually 20 min with drop sets/ trisets,
but i was thinking would this be beneficial, or not?
200 pushups
50 pullups
100 dips
200 various ab exercises
all in 20 minutes..good or not?

thats good but take breaks in between dont want to get hurt my brother was working out alot and getting like ten seconds of break between sets and hurt himself luckly it wasnt nothing bad and was able to lift 5 months
later
